Mancer the Musical originated in a year 9 music lesson at Comberton Village College. The original idea took the form of a 5 minute musical with very little original music and a rather vague plot. Over 2 years, the project evolved and Ed Zanders decided to continue the project and turn it into a fully fledged 1 & 1/2 hour show, with a 100% original score.
With the support of staff at CVC, the Mancer production team drew together a cast and performed the 'one off' theatrical spectacular on 11th, 13th and 14th of November. It is a truly unique show and gained funding from John Lewis.
